The workout also includes muscle-sculpting strength intervals. Utilizing a combination of our state-of-the-art Woodway Curve Treadmills, TRX Suspension Trainers, KettleBells and Exercise Bands you will get Drenched!

Hit and Run

Train in the shadows of Rocky Marciano, Muhammad Ali and Joe Frazier… Hit and Run is a unique workout experience that blends road works style boxing and conditioning with cardio interval training. Whether you’re looking to blast away calories or blow off steam, this is the workout for you. Get ready to sweat, punch and kick your way to a sculpted physique. And remember, train everyday like you’re training for a fight!


Get swinging! KettleBells, KettleBells, KettleBells. These classes use this Russian training tool, with cardio of course, to build strength and endurance, focused on the lower back, legs, and shoulders while increasing grip strength. The basic movements, such as the swing, snatch, and the clean and jerk, engage the entire body at once for a functional workout that burns almost twice the calories as normal weights! Perfect for shoveling snow, work on the farm, or to look good for a night on the town!

Morning Meltdown

When testosterone levels are at their highest peak we have the perfect workout for you. Although drool may still be on your prepared for a rip roaring, get your butt out bed, Folgers in your cup, ass kicking workout. Utilizing metabolic training to increase fat reduction is the core idea. This class uses the Woodway Curve Treadmills, Kickboxing, Muay Thai, KettleBells, TRX and anything else we want to do, except throwing fireballs.
